Digital Candy Thermometer Overview
The digital dual progress display on this electronic thermometer will tell you the current and target temperature of your candy mixture. Use the 7 pre-programmed candy settings or the all-purpose temperature stage to program your own target temperature. Beeps and flashes will alert you when target temperature is reached, as well as a pre-target alert. Temperature range is 14F - 450F with auto-off feature after one hour. Use adjustable stainless steel clip to fasten to the side of your pan. Comes with protective heat shield for temperatures above 300F. Use for deep fried foods as well! Batteries and instructions included. 8-1/2 inch stainless steel stem, with food-safe ABS shatterproof plastic case. Sheath has temperature guide and pocket clip to keep thermometer handy at all times.
