The dual sensing probe is made from high-heat resistant stainless steel so it can measure temperatures from 14°F to 392°F, which makes it ideal for high heat cooking or baking. It also features an alarm can be set to go off when the desired temperature is reached.

The probe inserts into the meat or food that you are cooking, and then you may close the door directly over the sensory cable, keeping the device and readout outside of the oven or grill.
